Dr. Pavan Kumar Makani is the Co-Director, Founding member, Chief Operational Officer of Oxylus Nutraceuticals; Graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, he is with 5 years of hospital experience and has encountered ample clinical rounds at Sri Venkateswara University of Medical Sciences. He is an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a history of working in hospitals. He has worked in the department of Quality Assurance and expert in the preparation of procedure manuals. His research on the effect of effervescence in combination with super disintegrant has been published in the Asian Journal of pharmaceutical and clinical research.

He was acknowledged with awards and rewards from international delegates at Continues Medical Education modules, Clinical Symposiums, and Conferences for his work and also participated as a delegate in the workshops on Pharmacovigilance, Reporting on Adverse Drug Reactions, Pharmaceutical care, and clinical pharmacy.

He has expanded experience with a demonstrated history of working in the field of state-level marketing agencies, attained practical experience as a marketing leader in the SKP marketing agency to ensure top line and bottom line for the division.

He is specialized with budget analysts to organize the finances, strong product management, skilled in multichannel marketing, market research, competitive intelligence, portfolio management, interpersonal skills with customer engagement, people management, leadership quality, and team management.

His prominent levels of understanding the pharmaceutical markets and capable of making effective marketing strategies with controlled supply chain management expertise lead the company’s sales force as a Chief Operational Officer.
